Paul Zurek started his career in the Denver Metro area in 1990. In 2000 he became a managing broker for one of the larger Real Estate Companies in Denver, which kept him busy for 2 years. In 2002 he started a team of agents known as the Colorado Home Quest Team who sold over 20,000,000 in the metro area in 2004. As a successful broker associate for Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage, Paul was among the top 2% of all Realtors Nationwide. He received awards for being a top producer for the last 10 years. In 2007 Paul accepted a Sales Manager position with Bray Real Estate the largest independent real estate office in Grand Junction and made them the #1 office on the Western Slope. As the Manager of Bray Paul focused on managing over 50 agents and did not sell so in December 2011 Paul decided to continue his real estate career by getting back into real estate sales. Paul has 20 years of experience in real estate and is a Certified Residential Specialist (CRS) which is rare combination of experience and education makes a Certified Residential Specialist more than just another real estate agent.
